GraphPaper is designed so that the interesting work — drawing your paper — happens entirely inside your browser. This policy describes the small amount of data handling that remains.

The generator never sends your settings anywhere

Every option you set — grid type, spacing, paper size, colours — stays in the page’s memory and is used only to draw the SVG on your screen. There is no server-side rendering, no API call with your parameters, and no storage of your sheets. When you print or download, the file is produced locally in the tab. You can confirm this yourself: load the page, switch off your network, and every feature still works.

Hosting and request logs

The site is served by Cloudflare. Delivering a web page necessarily involves processing standard connection metadata — IP address, browser user-agent, timestamp, and the URL requested. Cloudflare uses this to route, cache and protect the site; we use only aggregate traffic statistics and never attempt to identify individual visitors. There are no accounts, logins, or forms that persist personal data on this site.

Advertising

Pages may carry ads served by third parties such as Google AdSense. Ad networks can set cookies or use similar identifiers to count impressions and, where your settings allow, to personalise the ads shown. You can control or disable personalised ads via Google’s Ads Settings, your browser’s cookie controls, or an ad blocker — the generator works identically with ads blocked.

Analytics

We may use aggregate, privacy-respecting analytics to see which pages are visited. Such analytics do not receive your grid settings or anything you draw — there is no mechanism in the page that could send them.

Your controls

• Print and SVG download happen locally; nothing is uploaded.
• Blocking cookies or ads does not affect the tool.
• The site’s content is readable with JavaScript disabled; only the generator requires it.
